The Guild meets monthly (excluding January and August), on the 4th Thursday unless otherwise noted (check for exceptions below). Join us at 9:30am at Midland Hills Country Club, 2001 Fulham Street, Roseville, MN for the meeting and lunch. Cost is $30.00. Reservations are required.

2026 Guild Meetings
January 23: No General Meeting today.
February 26: General Meeting. Nancy Bergman demo on Precious Metals. Don’t forget to bring your finished painted triangles!
March 26: General Meeting. Helen Petersen will be leading a paint along: Sharing Memories. Bring an 8″ – 9″ coupe plate with your own name fired onto the back. Each artist will paint a small design on each participant’s plate. Bring painting supplies needed to paint your own small design and a container to carry your wet plate home for firing. Please remember to respect our venue host’s meeting requirements regarding products brought to the facility.
April 23: General Meeting. Val Naber will be leading us in a paint along: Peonies. Our yearly membership dues are due: $40 to our Treasurer, Barbie. Don’t forget to bring your finished painted triangles. Supplies needed for the paint along:

- Something to paint on (like an 8 inch coupe plate, vase, tile, whatever you have)
- Tracing paper and pen
- Three oil-based colors (like pink, dark pink, and purple OR yellow, yellow red, and red OR blues, etc (your choice)
- Wipeout tool
- Brushes
- Regular painting supplies
- A container to carry your wet porcelain home for firing

May 28: Founder’s Day Activities and Spring Luncheon. Click here for all the details!
June 25: General Meeting. Patty Rieckenberg will be demonstrating.
July 23: General Meeting. Bev Johnson will be demonstrating “Red, White and Blue.”
August 27: No General Meeting today.
September 24: General Meeting. Deb Warwick will demonstrate her tried-and-true technique for painting loons. To allow members travel time for the WOCP mini-convention in Blue Earth (9/25-26), today’s meeting will wrap up a little earlier than usual, around 12:30 pm.
October 22: Packed-full meeting! Carol Barrymore will be demonstrating, subject to be announced. There will be a joint paint-along (MPAG and Northern Lights WOCP clubs) led by Nancy Bergman doing jewelry making and painting. Plus this meeting will also include a baby shower for Anna!
For the paint-along, some supplies will be provided, but be prepared to paint and bring your own porcelain paint supplies.
November 12: Please note schedule change due to Thanksgiving. General Meeting. The Demo will be a Porcelain Doctor session. Bring a piece you are struggling with and get feedback from the group on how to fix it. Joint paint-along will be Zentangle With Color, led by Val Naber. Please bring the following supplies:

- Pen holder and nib.
- Small clean dish to hold medium
- Powder paint -color of your choice.
- Pen/marker that will write on china
- Clean palette knife
- Piece of porcelain to paint on- flat ornament, any ornament, plate, trivet, whatever,
- Opt: regular oil palette and brush, mineral oil
- Paper towel
