This annual spring event will include demonstrations, a painting competition, a silent auction, a People\u2019s Choice competition, a painted mug and\/or box exchange, and of course, lunch! Plan to join us for the great fun of good fellowship with like-minded artists. (View invitation here.<\/a>)<\/p>\n Demonstrations: <\/strong>Featuring two MPAG artists.<\/p>\n People\u2019s Choice<\/strong>: The theme this year\u00a0is \u201cBloom Where You Are Planted.\u201d<\/strong> Each artist is free to paint their own interpretation of the theme on any porcelain they choose.\u00a0$3.00 entry fee per piece. <\/strong>Fees collected will be awarded to the winner.<\/p>\n Painting Competition<\/strong>: Current MPAG members may enter pieces representing their best work, painted within the last two years. Check in between 8:30 and 9:00 am.<\/strong> Our judge\u2019s comments can help you improve your work!<\/p>\n Silent Auction:<\/strong> A wide variety of donated items. Please donate! We would love to have things like books, caramels, supplies, and painted pieces (but no white porcelain, please).<\/p>\n Painted Mug\/Box Exchange<\/strong>: Bring one (or two or three or four or\u2026), get one (or two, etc).<\/p>\n Lunch<\/strong>: A delicious Taco Bar! Price ($45) includes coffee and tea. Other beverages on a cash basis.<\/p>\n Reservations<\/strong>:\u00a0$45.00 per person<\/em><\/strong>. Reservations and payment due by Thursday, May 14<\/strong>, 2026. If making your reservation by mail, please include your name\/s and phone number with a check made out to MPAG. We had a great time painting ornaments, guided by our teachers Nancy Bergman<\/strong> (with a focus on lusters) and Val Naber<\/strong> (with a focus on penwork).<\/p>\n
